I LOVED the movie! Not the best, just because it was so different. As to suggest replacing DR as Harry? Treason! It did run a little quickly. I hope they go with a different screenwriter for the next film. I'm glad I didn't read the book again before I saw the movie.

The movie left me dissipointed & angry. HARRY EMPTYING his pockets in the fountain after the trial----a generous thankyou & the fountain statues protecting Harry later--all left out. Hermione warning Harry that Voldamort might use his trait of aiding others to trick harry==again left out

and as for harry as a child. well, in the book, he did grow up as any child would be. seven years in hogwarts means that harry would inevitably experience love etc like any boy would.

I watched it and I love the fast scene when suddenly Sirius was caught by Belatrix Avada Cadavra. Actually, the light and mood of the whole film was close to how I experienced the books.I did love it.

I like harry as an innocent child and not as a grownup lad; and that takes the grace out of this movie. Pretty much like a TV series than a movie. Yet, am awaiting the next movie though ;). May be a good idea to replace Daniel with another child artist??

There were just too many loose ends for me to be happy with this film. I think it's the weakest of the five thus far, they really needed to slow the pace of the movie down, that final battle should be leaving you wondering breath by breath, it just went by far too fast.

Good point about the acting. I did think Radcliffe was getting better, but my friends and I were still left cringing about Emma Watson. As always, though, I loved Rupert Grint and Alan Rickman.

Yeah, it's only a stab at the last page. Funny, though.

Order of the Phoenix could've had a half-hour cut out of it, and anyone who's never turned a page of HP books wouldn't have noticed.

Of course, the other 99 percent of the population would've been pissed.

I am looking forward to seeing this. I have heard that its pretty dark...which would coincide with the book. The hardest part for me to watch good movies based off great books is just that. I have that problem of seperating book from movie..I'm almost always a little dissapointed...except in the case of LotR's. I thought that was the best book to movie adaptation. But, I can't wait to see this just the same. Thanks for the review!
