There have been some excellent movies coming out lately and much hype has surrounded them: Atonement has made its place by procuring Golden Globe awards, Sweeney Todd go down as Tim Burton’s signature film (sorry, Pee Wee’s Big Adventure), and Juno is one of my all time favorite movies, currently (and is the most successful indie film ever)…

Lost in the fray have been some equally hyped movies that have sort of been over-shadowed. Cloverfield, which I have spent plenty of time blogging about, opens this weekend, followed by the first all-out-action film of the year, Rambo. I haven’t posted much about Rambo in the last few months, so I’ll try to make up for that…
